These terms apply when you order from Karkiz Cake & Bake (Karki’z cakes) through our website or by chatting with us.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Nepali rupees. An order is confirmed when our team confirms it to you. Custom cakes are priced after we agree the design with you.

Payment

We may ask for an advance payment. A payment is counted only after our team has checked it in our account. The assistant cannot confirm a payment.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees and times depend on your area and are shown at checkout. Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable on the delivery day.

Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible. Cakes already prepared to your design may not be cancelled or refunded.

Using our chat

Our chat may be answered by an automatic assistant. It can make mistakes, so please check important details such as date, time and address with our team.

सेवाका सर्तहरू

मूल्य नेपाली रुपैयाँमा हुन्छ। हाम्रो टिमले पुष्टि गरेपछि मात्र अर्डर पक्का हुन्छ।
कस्टम केकको मूल्य डिजाइन तय भएपछि निर्धारण हुन्छ।
अग्रिम भुक्तानी माग्न सक्छौं; हाम्रो टिमले खातामा जाँचेपछि मात्र भुक्तानी गनिन्छ।
डेलिभरी शुल्क र समय ठेगाना अनुसार हुन्छ। सही ठेगाना र सम्पर्क नम्बर दिनुहोस्।
परिवर्तन वा रद्द गर्नुपरे छिटो भन्नुहोस्। तयार भइसकेको कस्टम केक फिर्ता/रद्द नहुन सक्छ।
च्याटमा स्वचालित सहायकले जवाफ दिन सक्छ र गल्ती हुन सक्छ; मिति, समय, ठेगाना हाम्रो टिमसँग पक्का गर्नुहोस्।
