Delete your data

Last updated: 16 October 2026

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you: your name, phone number, address, chat messages, photos and order notes.

How to ask

  1. Send a message to our WhatsApp number +977 980 3959319 saying “Please delete my data”, from the same number or account you used with us. For Facebook or Instagram, send the same message from that account.
  2. Or use the Contact form on https://www.karkizcake.com and write “delete my data” with your phone number.

What happens next

We confirm who you are, then delete your chat history, saved contact details and photos within 30 days. We may keep basic order and payment records that the law requires for accounts and tax.

आफ्नो डेटा मेटाउनुहोस्

हामीसँग भएको तपाईंको नाम, फोन, ठेगाना, च्याट, फोटो र अर्डर टिप्पणी मेटाउन भन्न सक्नुहुन्छ।
